"Kelli and her staff are great. They went to bat for us on 2 issues this summer. First, was a challenge from State Farm regarding our wood burning stove and fireplace. They helped to keep our homeowners policy from getting canceled. Additionally, they found a way for State Farm to think "outside the box" by securing collector insurance for a motorcycle. This is something State Farm doesn't typically offer for bikes, only autos. This is exceptional service for a local agency."
