"I’ve had State Farm instance for 35 years. Due to the length of time, my two previous agents have retired and we transferred to this agency to continue with State Farm. Service here has been nothing like our previous agents. It’s hard to get any service at all…. We have to call multiple times and follow up with them to make sure they complete what they’ve promised to do. They provide dates and always fail to have things completed by ETA. i would not recommend this office for your State Farm insurance. Edit for response from State Farm: Even after they connected with my husband to take care of their unresponsiveness, they failed to follow back up within their quoted time frame."
